So glad you made it here!

I will always cherish the relationships i have made behind the chair over the years. My policies are not meant to be used negatively, but to help my business run smoothly and efficiently.

When scheduling an appointment with me, you have agreed to all the policies listed below.

Late Policy

Girl, I get it! You got stuck in a meeting, or you're juggling between kids, and pets trying to get out of the house, its life!

I will always do my best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, we may just have to opt for a service less than what we originally had you scheduled for. If being late becomes an on-going thing (3 or more times ) it will result in a late fee.

Cancellation Policy

Thank goodness for reminder texts! Again, life happens so i will always be understanding. Lucky for you i have an automative system that will send you a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment. IF you do not cancel/reschedule within that time frame you will be required to leave a deposit to reschedule that appointment.

No Show Policy

Im going to keep it real with you on this one. Between the reminder texts, and how easy it is to cancel an appointment through my online booking, there really should be no reason for you to not show for your appointment with no communication.

Any appointment that has been a "no show" you unfortunately will not be able to schedule with me in the future.
